Sip, Shuck, Slurp..and Repeat!
We will be tasting six different oysters, including two Gigas, a Kumamoto, a European Flat, a Virginica, an Olympia, all on the half shell, all naked and delicious. There is quite a range of flavors present, and we’ll explore them all, paired with white wines, sparkling wine, single malt scotch. Cocktail sauce? Mignonette? Just naked? How do you like your oysters? We might even show you how to shuck them.
